What to expect

from your session.

I review your horse’s history, activities, current issues, lifestyle and much more

Step 1

Step 2

The session begins at the head and then I work my way down the one side and then repeat on the other side. Most sessions will have some stretches at the end.

Step 3

I discuss my findings with you, the owner, and we will work out a plan together, how we can both support your equine athlete the best moving forward. This is also a great time for you to ask any questions you might have for me.

Step 4

After the session, I usually recommend certain exercises and stretches, which can be performed by you, the owner, as homework in between the sessions.

FAQ’s

  • For horses working 3+ times a week I recommend a 4-6 week schedule. For horses working less then 3 times a week a 6-8 week schedule is

my recommendation. It is not such much about the time between sessions but the consistency there of.

  • Yes, I do. I work closely together with Diamond A Farms that offer a wonderful facility with heated indoor arena and stalls for your horse to be

most comfortable during the session or if you come with multiple horses there are nice stalls for your horse to wait in.

  • The session length depends mostly on your horse. Generally, each session is about 1 hour in length, providing you are booked in for one the main services.

  • Please make sure your horse is caught, dry and groomed before the session.

  • I prefer that you are present for the first session together, to make sure we can choose the best plan for your equine friend. After that, should you not

be able to be present during the session, it is absolutely no problem. Life gets busy and there are hundred places to be at once… I do however need

someone to show me where the horse is located or we discuss that prior to the session.

  • Yes, I can. However, I am not able to work with you and your equine athlete if it is below -10C outside. If it is below set temperature the session

is no longer very effective for your equine athlete or me.

  • I charge $25 per hour. The fee gets split between clients at the same location or between clients that are located close together. Typically, it

is around $10 dollars per horse.
